Staff was awesome in terms of communication and problem solving! Very professional and honest straight to the point people. I actually lost the key at the very checkout; went to store for some snacks before checkout, and somehow managed to loose the key on the 15min walk. The staf calmly helped me and searched with me. No luck in the end, so i payed for the lost key and checke out was finished. But overall experience was great, calm and emphatic about the whole situation.

New and clean rooms. Rooms are big. Bed sheets are white and new. Lady on reception was very helpful.

Breakfast includes local food specialties, very friendly and helpful personnel, convenient / easy to reach location, silent neighborhood, convenient rooms and large bathrooms. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but several good places to eat are within 5 to 10 mins walking distance, e.g. Pizza Bar right across the corner of the main streets nearby, Pomodoro at the main street, or Durmitor (the last has to be reserved in advance, considered the best or second best restaurant in Belgrade). Last, but not least, Adresa offers good value for money.

Enormous, clean room with a big bathroom, in a middle of a shopping centre and block of flats, all amenities are near-by. Payable parking is just in front of the building.

The room was great, clean and modern. We only stayed for 1 night and checked out early, but everything was ok and the beds were really comfortable. Parking was available with a guard for extra 9e/night (but there's a disclaimer not to leave valuable stuff in the car). The location is just next to the Usce park and close to the highway.

Large room with a lot of air, little table still able to accommodate a laptop. Very clean, nicely furnitured. Room was warmed with central heating (not a/c, and that's is great) which is essential at this time of the year, felt very comfortable.

In general I liked the stayThe staff is friendly, polite and helpful; the location is good- a big park is nearby, bus stations just a couple of mins away. The room is spacious and has everything needed; the bathroom is great.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We stayed here 8 months ago and upon returning the staff remembered us and welcomed us as old friends The bed was very comfortable. The room and shower are huge. We find the room present and in a quiet location away from the main street but close enough to walk to transport and restaurants. Highly recommend

First of all I would like to thank the administration team (they know english fluently which is very important for a stranger especially in serbia), especially to Bogdana! They are very friendly, always smile and the most important thing is that they explained alot about the good locations and how the taxi drivers work(For example its not recommended to take a taxi from the street) The hotel itself is cool, everything in it looks brand new. The beds were very good in my opinion, even though we took 2 single beds they were very comfortable. The cleaning room service is great. The food looks fresh and good,

The room is big, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast is ok. The staff is polite and helpful. I really like this place, this was probably my third or fourth stay here. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to stay at Novi Beograd.
